i found the staff to be very kind and helpful.. the breakfast included many options. i particularly appreciated the big parking area available in the basement. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made getting around very easy.
i noticed some noise from outside and adjacent rooms at times.

the fitness center was well-equipped. i used the parking lot and it was easy to access. my room was very large and it was quiet, which i appreciated.
the walls seemed very thin. i could hear everything going on around me. also, i found the shower gel container empty when i arrived. it took multiple calls to get it refilled.

the gym was adequately equipped I found that acceptable
the service proved slow when i required extra items it took over thirty minutes to get pillows this delay happened daily other guests were noisy i could hear conversations and laughter late at night this impacted my rest
